HOPPE architects recently completed a food product supermarket in Trausdorf, Burgenland. Located on Trausdorf’s low density city limit, designing a widely visble and dynamic roof and canopy became the main design task in the planning process.

Gebaut: 2010 – 2015, a recent publication by the City of Vienna’s municipal Department for Architecture and Urban Design (MA 19) features our casa nina as one of the best buildings realized in Vienna from 2010 to 2015.

From 27^th to 28^th of May I was part of the jury for this year’s c|a|s|a contest, a competition organised by the student body of the 5 Romanian faculties of Architecture and open for all 2nd year students to find the team with the best design solution to a given common housing problem. I had the pleasure to share this 2-day jury duty, filled with a lot of interesting discussions and conversations, with Oana Bogdan (Brussels), Șerban Sturdza (Bucarest), Angela Kovacs (Targu Mures), and Mónica Pacheco (Lisbon).
